14 days, no questions

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price, including any tax you paid. You don’t need to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear one.

How to ask

Email support@vidfeather.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include the order number if you have it. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

The license key stops working. Each Mac where it was active returns to the free version the next time VidFeather checks in. Every copy you already made, and every original, stays exactly where it is.

After 14 days

If something went wrong later, for example the app stopped working after a macOS update and we couldn’t fix it, write to us. We look at every case individually.

This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live; it doesn’t replace them.
